Kaylynne did an absolutely phenominal job on my wedding flowers! I wanted a minimal amount (bouquets, boutineers, corsages, and table centerpieces), and she accommodated that need. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and I was in tears when I saw what she brought on the wedding day. SO many compliments on my bouquet! She is so sweet and was amazing to work with!

Ordered a sympathy flower from the website. They did not have that exactly flower on the day I needed. They were quick to reach out via calls and emails for substitutions. I also received a personal email letting me know they had been delivered. A PLUS Customer service!

My uncle has been training race horses since he was 18. Still had a couple clients at age 95! He recently passed at 102! So I called Briar Patch in Asheville NC, from RI, and described what I wanted-was delivered today! Holy moly-it was spectacular! Made my cousin cry!! Recommend them HIGHLY! And the people working there were so friendly and accommodating!! Worth every penny!! Thank you Briar Patch!! 🧡🧡

Kaylynne’s Briar Patch Florist was a joy to work with! We ordered a beautiful rose teacup arrangement for my mom’s birthday. The flowers that were originally ordered were unavailable and they went out of their way to get in touch with me via email when my phone number did not work to discuss what they could use instead. What they delivered was even more beautiful than what was originally ordered!! They put so much effort and care into the arrangement. My mom loved it and I was happy we could get something special delivered while we live so far!

Called Briar Patch from Oklahoma, wanting a very particular style birthday bouquet delivered the next day. Not only did they have availability for the quick turnaround, but listened to my very specific request and knocked it out of the park! I cannot express enough how thrilled I was when I saw the final product! Every detail I mentioned was done! The color palette was matched to a T! Just absolute fantastic customer service, professionalism, and skill. Highly recommend!
